Memberships are 2 months commitment that auto-renew every 2 month. You can opt to have your contract expire at the end of the 2 months before it auto-renews at no cost.

Every session has a purpose and is designed to help you achievefat loss, build muscle, and improve your overall fitness.

Our program runs for 2 months (8 weeks) and focuses on building strength, endurance, conditioning, and cardio. Not a short-term bootcamp like Senam did before, this program is designed to help you achieve long-term results and make consistent progress over time.

After 8 weeks, the program cycles back to Week 1, keeping your training balanced and purposeful. Each phase integrates GRID and GROUND sessions into a complete fitness journey.

GRID

Our GRID sessions prioritize strength, power, muscular endurance, and functional and hypertrophy training. By progressively overloading movement patterns, improving range of motion,and refining technique, GRID helps you build a strong, balanced, and resilient body.

GROUND

Our GROUND sessions combine conditioning and functional movements to improve your overall cardiovascular work capacity and stamina. These workouts are designed to challenge and elevate your fitness to the next level.

Each day, at Senam, there are two sessions that run simultaneously, side by side: GRID (Strength Zone) and GROUND (Conditioning Zone).

The choice is completely up to you—you can alternate between GRID and GROUNDsessions each day, depending on your goals and how you feel.
